One-touch pasting from other apps enhances user efficiency, and a recent notes feature automatically displays the most recently used entries at the top, enabling rapid access to frequently used notes. The template system incorporates placeholder strings "@@@@" which can be dynamically replaced; for instance, a template like "Hello Mr.@@@@, How are you?" can be personalized by substituting "@@@@" with specific names such as "Tanaka".
